Founder of NormaTech
George Maisuradze is a Prague-based technology entrepreneur and engineer — founder of NormaTech s.r.o., an IT services company delivering AI automation, infrastructure, security systems, and custom software for businesses in the Czech Republic and Georgia.
George founded NormaTech in 2020 and leads its engineering teams in Prague and Tbilisi. He holds engineering degrees (Ing., MSc.) and works hands-on across the company projects — from AI agents and process automation to enterprise infrastructure and security installations.
Under his leadership, NormaTech built and operates two SaaS products of its own: Stolio, a reservation platform for restaurants with Google Reserve and POS integrations, and Normativo, an HR platform for modern teams. He is also co-founder and CTO of ShareStone, a real estate tokenization platform operating from Prague and Lausanne, and founder of EasyDesign, a creative studio operating in Prague and Tbilisi.
He works in English, Czech, and Georgian, with one theme across all projects: technology that measurably moves business forward — automation that pays for itself, systems that companies actually own, and products proven in real operation.
